I made this 1950’s gray wool dress using a vintage 1955’s sewing pattern for my Etsy shop, Lucky Zelda. I used a beautiful piece of vintage gray wool in a herringbone weave and an extremely subtle plaid.
Nothing turns heads like a smart dress and this one had it all: a beautiful portrait collar, 3/4 length dolman sleeves, pockets with flaps, and belt in self fabric.
