I made this Regency white dotted Swiss cotton chemise for a client who is an avid English country dancer. True to the period all of the seams were feld. The neckline has a self bias casing with a hand worked eyelet for a satin ribbon drawstring. The straight short sleeves have diamond shaped underarm gussets for comfort and movement. I added three, quarter inch tucks near the bottom for some detail.
