I made this red silk Victorian bustle pad thinking, “Who says foundation garments need to white?” I used a dark red and black iridescent silk with velvet appliques.
Comprised of three U-shaped pads in increasing sizes each has a 1″ self ruffle. The pads are attached to a 7/8″ self covered grosgrain ribbon waistband that closes with a hook and bar.
